Do I need to attribute credit to Gypsy Chick?
Credit is preferred and highly appreciated, but no longer required for any commercial use items that you purchase from this store.
Why do I need to create an account with you to purchase?
Registering an account with us is free, but necessary for all users of the site. This enables you to purchase individual items, checkout faster, and take advantage of some of the special features on our site like viewing previous orders, creating a 'Wish List', the 'Email a Friend' function, and more.
What's the best value deal you have?
At the moment we have a special bulk download rate. You can get either 260 downloads for $60 (download the whole store within one year), or 40 downloads for $20 (download within one month). Both options are paid via a one-off PayPal payment. Of course, you can also purchase individual items starting at $2 each if you prefer.
I already have a free account with you. How can I upgrade to the subscription?
That's easy. Simply login to your account, then click the 'Upgrade to Subscription?' link in the left hand menu under the 'Login' heading. You will see a form appear that is complete with all your current details. All you need to do is click the '$20 for 1 month' option, follow the prompts to pay with Paypal, and you're set!
How does 'My Wish List' work?
This is a fun feature at Gypsy Chick. Think of it as you 'scrap folder', or a 'Lightbox' where you can put images that you are interested in, or want to keep a track of. You can even email your 'Wish List' to a friend! To create your 'Wish List', you need to register with us, and then simply click on the heart icon that you see located under each image. This will take you to your Wish List page where you can add the item to a folder you create. You can also access your 'Wish List' from the left hand menu once you have logged in.
Are there any restrictions on the use of Gypsy Chick Design products?
Yes. All Gypsy Chick Designs are under copyright by the designer (Jodie Patterson), and although you can use them for commercial purposes, there are restrictions on their use. Please click the 'Terms of Use' link at the bottom of the site for further information.
Can I share the products I have purchased from you?
No, sharing products is no different than distributing our materials to others, and this violates copyright. Please support this site and all the hard work put into the designs by referring your friends and colleagues here, so that they may purchase their own copy.
How can I keep updated with your new products and Freebies?
Click here for access to exclusive Freebies, word on sales, and new releases. You will receive a short email update approx. 1-2 times per week.
What file format are your products?
All Gypsy Chick Designs papers are in JPG format, and sized at 12 x 12 inches, unless otherwise stated. Elements are provided as either JPG or PNG files (which preserve the transparancy behind the image). All products are created at 300 DPI, which simply means they will print out at a professional print quality. ABR brush files are created in Photoshop CS3.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can NOT offer a refund. The reason for this policy is that once you download a product, there is really no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase however, so if you have any questions or concerns, please Contact us. How can I delete/deactivate my account/membership with you?
No problem. Simply use the contact form (the link is at the top of the site) and let the administrator know you would like to delete your account.
Do you have a gallery where I can upload my layouts which feature Gypsy Chick Designs?

Who is the Gypsy Chick?
I am a journalist/photographer/designer from Sydney Australia who now lives and works in the USA. I have worked in newspapers, television and online media for the last decade. Digital Scrapbooking is simply a hobby and passion. As a resident designer at http://www.scrapartist.com/ I produce new products weekly, and my layouts and designs feature in crafting magazines internationally. In my spare time I like to shop antique book stores and markets, travel, listen to jazz/R&B/80s music, hang out in coffee shops and at the beach, and spend time with my gorgeous family.
